The Club is very keen to recruit new members from Fakenham and its surrounding villages. The Club can provide an opportunity for retired men who have held positions of responsibility during their professional life to meet up with like-minded people who have similar interests. Unlike many other community organisations its members meet simply to enjoy themselves in the company of others.

The Club meets monthly in the Lancaster room of the Gallow (Fakenham Sports Association) on the morning of the second Monday in the month to hear a talk on a wide range of topics presented by enthusiastic and energetic speakers. After the talk members gather at the bar for drinks and socializing before enjoying an optional two course lunch, prepared and cooked on the premises.

Potential new members can try the Club out by attending a meeting and lunch for free. If you are interested in finding out more then visit the club’s website (www.fakenhamprobus.org.uk ) or leave a message for the club’s membership secretary (Dave Siseman) on 01328 887466.
